BENEDETTA MORUZZI

In Spring 2012, Italian fashion designer, Benedetta Moruzzi created her label, Blessed to pay homage to her Tuscan roots and artisanal traditions. After training in Florence and gaining sound experience working at the prestigious, luxury brand Gucci and with designer Gentucca Bini, Benedetta returned to Tuscany to launch her own brand. Blessed is dedicated to creating garments from suede which bring good luck to those who wear them. The original Blessed style is smart and feminine. The garments are timeless and go beyond set season, focussing on classic items that women can cherish for years. The pieces boast simple, minimal lines and natural, earth-like colours and textures which are reminiscent of the 1960s or 1970s hippie culture.
